Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Migration Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end QA strategy and execution for ServiceNow migration projects
Manage manual testing efforts across sprints in an Agile environment
Serve as the primary QE point of contact for client stakeholders

Required Qualifications

7+ years of QA/QE experience with at least one full ServiceNow migration project
Strong SQL skills for data validation and reporting
Experience with Sprint testing and defect lifecycle management
Proven ability to lead testing discussions and manage stakeholder expectations
Experience working in distributed/remote teams
