Job Summary
To build and optimize native mobile experiences using the NOW platform, the part-time ServiceNow Mobile App Developer will configure mobile apps, integrate device capabilities with core ServiceNow modules, and collaborate with stakeholders, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and customize mobile navigation and applets using ServiceNow Mobile App Builder and Studio
- Integrate mobile workflows with ServiceNow modules like ITSM and CSM for seamless user interactions
- Extend mobile functionality through JavaScript, Glide APIs, and RESTful web services while troubleshooting performance issues
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in mobile configuration
- Proficiency with ServiceNow Mobile App Builder, Now Mobile, and App Engine Studio
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST/JSON integrations, and Flow Designer
- Familiarity with Access Control Lists (ACLs), data models, and client scripts
- Experience using Mobile Studio for legacy configuration interfaces
