ServiceNow Now Assist Consultant

Job Summary

To lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow Generative AI capabilities in an ITAR-regulated environment, the remote W2 contract ServiceNow Now Assist Consultant will configure AI-powered features, design scalable solutions, and ensure compliance with security requirements while collaborating with business stakeholders and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities, including AI-powered features like incident and case summarization
• Gather business requirements to design scalable ServiceNow solutions and develop workflows and integrations
• Ensure compliance with ITAR and data governance requirements while supporting risk assessments and conducting user training sessions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities or Now Assist
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture
• Experience configuring ITSM, Virtual Agent, Knowledge Management, and Flow Designer
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and experience with REST/SOAP integrations
