Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Nuvolo Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, deployment, and support of Nuvolo modules on the ServiceNow platform for government clients
Translate federal agency facilities and asset management requirements into functional solutions using Nuvolo
Collaborate with various teams to streamline workflows and ensure platform security and performance

Required Qualifications

BS/BA in a related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Management preferred)
ServiceNow Application Developer and/or Implementation Specialist Certification
ServiceNow Administrator Certification
Completed Nuvolo training with at least one customer implementation
Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience, including two (2) years of direct development experience with ServiceNow and one (1) year with Nuvolo
