Job Summary
Managing the daily operations of SNHU's enterprise ServiceNow platform, the full-time ServiceNow Operations Manager will oversee the operations team, ensure efficient workflow execution, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while working remotely from approved states.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight to the ServiceNow Platform Operations team, including performance management and professional development
- Manage the end-to-end intake process for platform work requests and oversee ticket triage and resolution across various queues
- Facilitate Agile best practices, including daily SCRUMs and sprint planning meetings, to ensure effective project execution
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in an operations, administration, or delivery-focused role
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Experience leading or managing teams, including performance management and coaching
- Proficiency in managing platform operations, including work intake and ticket management
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including backlog management and SCRUM facilitation
