ServiceNow Performance Engineer

Job Summary

To support enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives, the contracted-to-full-time ServiceNow Performance Engineer will design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain ServiceNow dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics solutions
• Develop KPI reporting to measure operational metrics and support executive reporting initiatives
• Utilize SQL for backend data analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow dashboards and Performance Analytics capabilities
• Strong expertise in SQL for data analysis and reporting optimization
• Experience building executive-level dashboards for operational and leadership audiences
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Request, and Change
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
