Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and strategic direction of the enterprise ServiceNow platform
Establish governance standards and ensure platform integrity, scalability, and security
Oversee configuration, customization, integrations, and platform enhancements

Required Qualifications

8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architect-level or senior technical leadership
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
ServiceNow CAD, CIS, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple integrations and governance structures
