ServiceNow Platform Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a senior ServiceNow Platform Architect with over 10 years of experience, the full-time role will provide hands-on technical leadership and governance for an enterprise-scale ServiceNow ecosystem, focusing on platform architecture, integrations, and operational excellence, while working onsite in McLean, VA.

Key Responsibilities

• Own platform architecture and roadmap, defining standards for configuration, customization, and integrations
• Provide hands-on architecture and troubleshooting for critical production issues and performance bottlenecks
• Lead architecture for a large MID Server estate, including capacity planning and upgrade strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform architecture experience in large enterprise environments
• Proven experience with ITOM, Discovery, CMDB, and large-scale MID Server deployments
• Strong integration architecture experience with REST/SOAP and familiarity with MuleSoft/Boomi
• Security/IAM knowledge, particularly with SAML, OAuth, and secrets management using HashiCorp Vault or CyberArk
