Job Summary

Leading the design and strategic evolution of the ServiceNow platform, the fully remote Lead ServiceNow Platform Architect will define platform governance, collaborate on solution design, and provide technical consultation to ensure scalable and secure implementations aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design robust ServiceNow solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
• 5+ years of experience architecting ServiceNow solutions
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
