ServiceNow Platform Architect
Job Summary
Joining a fast-paced Agile development program, the full-time remote ServiceNow Platform Architect will design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Strategic Portfolio Management, IT Operations Management, and IT Service Management modules to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Architect and implement end-to-end solutions for Strategic Portfolio Management, IT Operations Management, and IT Service Management
- Establish and enforce ServiceNow development standards and conduct technical design reviews to ensure quality and maintainability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and mentor ServiceNow developers on platform capabilities and best practices
Required qualifications:
- University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
- Active Secret clearance
- 10+ years in IT with 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience
- 5+ years architecting and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions
- Proven experience with SPM, ITOM, and ITSM modules in production environments
