Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Lead to support the Department of State's Agency Data Division program.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and solutions
Support DOS teams without dedicated ServiceNow instances
Implement API integrations and automation workflows

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of ServiceNow development with platform engineering experience
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, scripting, and module implementation
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, and related ServiceNow modules
Active Secret Clearance or Higher Clearance required
