ServiceNow Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Engineer to lead hands-on platform engineering efforts with a focus on upgrade execution and platform governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and execution of ServiceNow platform upgrades and monthly patching cycles
• Manage full end-to-end upgrade processes and perform post-clone cleanup activities across environments
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior developers while ensuring adherence to change and release governance standards

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance
• 3-5+ years of ServiceNow development and platform engineering experience
• Proven experience managing at least 2-3 full end-to-end ServiceNow platform upgrade cycles
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Expert-level knowledge of Scoped Application architecture and ServiceNow Studio
