Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Engineer to lead hands-on platform engineering efforts with a focus on upgrades and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead technical planning and execution of ServiceNow platform upgrades and monthly patching cycles
Manage full end-to-end upgrade processes and perform post-clone cleanup activities across environments
Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior developers while communicating with leadership and clients

Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance
3-5+ years of ServiceNow development and platform engineering experience
Proven experience managing at least 2-3 full end-to-end ServiceNow platform upgrade cycles
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Expert-level knowledge of Scoped Application architecture and ServiceNow Studio
