Job Summary
Delivering a Service Aware Organization, the full-time ServiceNow Platform Engineer will optimize platform performance, enforce engineering standards, and enhance operational resilience while working remotely on a 6-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize platform performance for high-volume workflows and large data sets while addressing runtime bottlenecks
- Define and enforce technical standards to improve consistency and reduce customization sprawl across teams
- Enhance delivery practices through version control, automated testing, and improved release predictability
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform engineering or technical operations roles
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and engineering standards
- Hands-on experience improving maintainability and observability in complex environments
- Proven ability to balance delivery speed with control and long-term platform integrity
- Experience in service-centric or Service-Aware operating models is preferred
