ServiceNow Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the administration and continuous improvement of the enterprise ServiceNow platform, the full-time ServiceNow Platform Engineer will ensure high availability, security, and performance while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administration, configuration, and operational health of the ServiceNow platform
• Design and maintain workflows, automations, and integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems
• Lead platform governance by implementing best practices and maintaining security controls across environments

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of four years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience in mid-to-large enterprise environments
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, Service Catalog, CMDB, and workflow automation
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP APIs, and related technologies
• Experience with ITIL-based service management processes and platform governance standards
