A company is looking for a ServiceNow & Moveworks Platform Lead - Enterprise IT Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow and Moveworks platform strategy, architecture, and delivery roadmap
• Lead the design and implementation of service management across ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, and workflow automation
• Advance AI-driven automation and agentic AI support models in IT and HR, aligning with ServiceNow processes

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform management and delivery
• Solid experience in workflow automation and AI integration
• Strong leadership in cross-functional project deliveries and platform strategy
• Extensive experience in enterprise IT platform management and service automation
• Background in conversational AI or advanced AI-driven service automation is highly beneficial
