Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of its ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of administrators, engineers, and a Technical Program Manager, providing coaching and performance feedback
  • Facilitate sprint planning and ensure engineering standards for code quality and technical documentation
  • Maintain platform stability and operational health while managing license entitlement and vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in an administrative or engineering role
  • 3+ years of experience in people management leading technical teams
  • Expertise in Platform Analytics and experience with license entitlement management
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Proven ability to communicate platform strategy to technical and non-technical audiences
