Job Summary
Leading the administration and strategic direction of the ServiceNow platform, the full-time IT ServiceNow Platform Manager will oversee platform performance, mentor a team of developers, and drive innovation while working remotely across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the overall ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security
- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and analysts to foster a collaborative environment
- Develop and implement a ServiceNow roadmap aligned with IT and business strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform management
- 2+ years of professional leadership experience
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and core modules (ITSM, GRC, CMDB)
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies
