Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Owner, ServiceNow, Global.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the end-to-end Product Owner for ServiceNow operational capabilities supporting Data Center Operations
• Own governance for all operational platform decisions, including workflow design and data standards
• Manage the operational enhancement backlog and support sprint planning and user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Platform Lead roles
• Deep, hands-on expertise with ServiceNow FSM, TPSM, and ITSM modules
• Experience supporting data center operations or infrastructure-based services
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal daily instruction in complex environments
