ServiceNow Platform Team Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow Platform administration and development team
• Organize and facilitate Agile workflow management process
• Collaborate across stakeholder groups and own prioritization of Platform backlog

Required Qualifications:

• At least three years of Agile Product Management and/or Scrum Manager experience
• ServiceNow experience preferred
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and ITSM
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
