Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Lead - ServiceNow Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow during pre-sales, including leading scope of work calls and product demonstrations
  • Prepare work estimates, proposals, and respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents
  • Lead successful project delivery and create sales and implementation templates and collateral
Required Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Certification as a System Administrator and ServiceNow Presales Certification
  • ITIL Foundations certification
  • 4+ years of experience working with ServiceNow
  • 2+ years of experience with Creator Workflows
