Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and enhance ServiceNow auto-assignment rules and routing logic
Optimize self-service workflows and expand self-service deflection
Monitor operational efficiency and provide monthly performance reports

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow ITSM implementation and operational experience
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident and Service Request Management
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow knowledge management and self-service deflection
Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports for operational metrics
Bachelor's degree required
