Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Practitioner (US Citizenship REQUIRED).
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and enhance ServiceNow workflows and routing logic to improve operational efficiency
- Optimize self-service deflection and knowledge management to reduce service desk workload
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and operational improvements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow ITSM implementation and operational experience
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident Management and Knowledge Management
- Proven ability to execute support model improvements and routing optimization
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow knowledge management and self-service deflection
- Bachelor's Degree required
