Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Practitioner (US Citizenship REQUIRED).

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and enhance ServiceNow workflows and routing logic to improve operational efficiency
Optimize self-service deflection and knowledge management to reduce service desk workload
Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and operational improvements

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow ITSM implementation and operational experience
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident Management and Knowledge Management
Proven ability to execute support model improvements and routing optimization
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow knowledge management and self-service deflection
Bachelor's Degree required
