Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Practitioner (US Citizenship REQUIRED).

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and enhance ServiceNow workflows and routing logic to improve operational efficiency
  • Optimize self-service deflection and knowledge management to reduce service desk workload
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and operational improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow ITSM implementation and operational experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident Management and Knowledge Management
  • Proven ability to execute support model improvements and routing optimization
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow knowledge management and self-service deflection
  • Bachelor's Degree required
