ServiceNow Practitioner
Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Practitioner Sr to support IT Service Management and IT Operations Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules
- Implement and enhance ITIL-based workflows and support ITOM initiatives
- Develop automation and integrations, and troubleshoot the ServiceNow platform
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of ServiceNow experience (ITOM/ITSM)
- Strong understanding of ITIL best practices
- Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping
- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
