Key Responsibilities

- Own the technical sales motion, including solution positioning and architecture recommendations
- Collaborate with sales leadership to shape deal strategy and influence buying decisions
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT roles
- 3+ years supporting pre-sales, architecture, or technical consulting efforts
- Broad, hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules
- Prior experience as a Solution Architect, Platform Owner, or similar role
- Background with a ServiceNow partner or consulting firm preferred
