Key Responsibilities

  • Own the technical sales motion, including solution positioning and architecture recommendations
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to shape deal strategy and influence buying decisions
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT roles
  • 3+ years supporting pre-sales, architecture, or technical consulting efforts
  • Broad, hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules
  • Prior experience as a Solution Architect, Platform Owner, or similar role
  • Background with a ServiceNow partner or consulting firm preferred
