Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Presales Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate technology teams across multiple regions
Develop technical solution designs and create cost estimates
Facilitate client workshops and document business requirements for proposed solutions

Required Qualifications

Experience as a solution architect or business consultant in a client-facing role
Consulting experience and/or certification as a Technology Architect preferred
IT Operations experience
ITIL Foundation certification preferred
Strong experience in ServiceNow solution design and transformation roadmap
