Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant, SPM and HRSD.

Key Responsibilities

Support process definition, re-engineering, and improvement during workshops with customers
Guide customers in documenting business requirements and drafting user stories
Lead technical aspects of project delivery and provide training to system administrators

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with implementing and customizing ServiceNow
4+ years of experience with web technologies and networking (e.g., XML, HTML, AJAX)
Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and JavaScript
ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer Certifications required
Experience with SPM and/or HRSD principles and best practices
