Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Problem Management Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Problem Management process including detection, logging, investigation, and closure
- Utilize ServiceNow to manage Problem and Known Error records, ensuring accurate tracking and categorization
- Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate remediation activities across various teams to reduce incident volume
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Problem Management or a similar ITSM role
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, particularly in Problem Management
- Proven ability to perform root cause analyses and develop remediation plans
- Solid understanding of ITIL v3/v4 principles and best practices
- Experience with metrics, trend analysis, and integrating ServiceNow with other tools is preferred
