Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Product Architect to support federal clients by delivering custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical lead and architect for ServiceNow-based solutions, overseeing application architecture, data models, and integrations
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to design solutions that meet business needs and comply with architectural standards
• Guide Agile teams through technical decision-making, mentoring team members and ensuring efficient task completion

Required Qualifications:

• US Citizenship with the ability to complete a federal background investigation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience in software development and architecture
• Experience working within cross-functional teams and with Agile Scrum methodologies
• Strong leadership skills to convey complex technical concepts across multidisciplinary teams
