Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Product Consultant with FSO experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and conduct discovery and analysis
• Support presales activities and create user stories, workflows, and business rules
• Design and implement Service Catalog rationalization and agile methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience
• 5+ years of ServiceNow product experience
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-CSM, FSO, etc.)
• Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, Pega, Appian, or ServiceMax
• TOGAF certification preferred
