Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Own and maintain the ServiceNow product backlog for Managed Services
Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Stay current on ServiceNow releases, features, and roadmap changes

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Platform Lead
Strong understanding of ServiceNow and ITSM processes
Experience working with technical teams in an agile environment
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred
Experience in Managed Services or MSP environments is a plus
