ServiceNow Programmer Analyst

Job Summary

To support innovative HR applications and enhance workforce efficiency, the full-time ServiceNow Programmer Analyst will provide advanced programming and systems analysis, collaborate with HR leadership, and optimize core ServiceNow capabilities in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced-level programming and systems analysis support for strategic and tactical projects
• Lead and coordinate team assignments and goals while implementing integrated hospital/corporate computer systems focused on HR applications
• Respond to software malfunctions and enhance HR processes to improve workforce efficiency

Required qualifications

• Associate Degree with 6+ years of job experience and 3 years of ERP experience, or Bachelor Degree with 4+ years of job experience and 2 years of ERP experience required
• IT or related area of study required
• Preferred Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Project Management Certification
• Hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, and HRSD
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
