Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to join their professional services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned tasks and activities for small to medium IT projects, coordinating all aspects
• Create project plans, set goals, and communicate timelines and progress updates to stakeholders
• Prepare and present project status, deliverables, risks, and mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technical discipline, with four years of Project Management experience
• Certified Project Management Professional (preferred)
• Agile/Scrum related certifications (preferred)
• ServiceNow training or CIS Certification (preferred)
• ITIL v3 or v4 Certification (preferred)
