Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide status updates to clients and management
• Coordinate and manage ServiceNow projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Conduct project assessments and post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
• At least 4 years of experience leading ServiceNow projects
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple efforts using Agile methodology
• Experience working with clients to determine and execute implementation requirements efficiently
• BS Degree in a related field
