ServiceNow Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Project Manager to oversee the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of ServiceNow projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into actionable user stories
• Organize Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to project goals and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• One or more relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CSM)
• 3-5+ years of project management or business analysis experience, with at least 2 years in ServiceNow implementations
• Experience in facilitating requirements gathering and process design in Agile environments
• Familiarity with ServiceNow data structures, tables, and workflows
