Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to support a global enterprise organization with a multi-year ServiceNow rollout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation across OpCo rollouts
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle including requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external SI partners
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM modules including Incident, Change, CMDB, and ITOM
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
  • Experience working alongside System Integrators in large-scale implementations
  • Strong knowledge of UAT processes and delivery governance
