Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to support a global enterprise organization with a multi-year ServiceNow rollout.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation across OpCo rollouts
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle including requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external SI partners
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations end-to-end
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM modules including Incident, Change, CMDB, and ITOM
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
- Experience working alongside System Integrators in large-scale implementations
- Strong knowledge of UAT processes and delivery governance
