Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead and deliver complex ServiceNow modernization projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of planning, executing, and delivering ServiceNow implementation and enhancement initiatives
• Develop detailed project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Handle stakeholder communications and evaluate project success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow or related technology projects
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience (PMP preferred)
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and develop detailed plans
• Experience with project scheduling, implementation, and evaluation
