ServiceNow Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the ServiceNow ITSM implementation project to meet business objectives and client specifications
• Coordinate with the Client ServiceNow Team to prioritize work requests and project tasks
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing ServiceNow ITSM implementation projects or similar IT infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices
• Ability to prioritize and manage project tasks effectively based on business demand
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile Certification preferred
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or equivalent certifications preferred
