ServiceNow Project Manager

Job Summary

To ensure successful project delivery, the W2 contract ServiceNow Project Manager will develop detailed project plans, manage resource allocation, and coordinate with stakeholders while working 100% remotely in the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and execute complex infrastructure projects while managing standards and procedures for record-keeping
• Facilitate meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party resources to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Control project performance, track progress, and report status to leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, MBA, or a related management qualification
• PMP and/or Prince2 certification
• 6-9 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in project management for global clients
• Experience in IT Infrastructure Managed Services Transition and Transformation projects
• Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project and MS Office Suite
