Job Summary

Leading the delivery of ServiceNow projects remotely, the full-time ServiceNow Project Manager will manage all aspects of project management and delivery for ITSM and ITOM Discovery modules, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and effective stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including scope, timelines, budget, and resources management
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and governance frameworks
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and expectation management

Required qualifications

• Proven project management experience in ServiceNow implementations
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM Discovery modules
• Experience with stakeholder management and communication
• Ability to track budgets and manage cost forecasts effectively
• Familiarity with change management processes to drive user adoption and business readiness
