Job Summary

Driving strategic process improvements, the full-time remote ServiceNow Consolidation Project Manager will manage complex projects within healthcare organizations, focusing on implementation, consolidation, and migration initiatives while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large, complex projects with multiple workstreams and resources, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines
• Lead project governance and steering committee meetings, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders
• Drive ServiceNow implementation and enterprise technology initiatives to enhance operational efficiency in healthcare settings

Required qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant ServiceNow certification preferred
• 6+ years of project management experience, particularly in managing large, complex projects
• Experience in healthcare project management preferred
• Proven ability to manage project scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholder communications
