ServiceNow Project Manager
Job Summary
To support the successful delivery of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, the remote contract ServiceNow Project Manager will administer the ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform, coordinate project activities, and manage risks and issues while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support the ServiceNow PPM platform, managing project intake, demand, governance, and reporting
- Coordinate IT infrastructure and information security projects by tracking milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring compliance with PMO standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or PMO environments
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow PPM/SPM
- Experience supporting IT infrastructure and/or cybersecurity projects
- Experience managing project risks, issues, and mitigation plans
