Job Summary
Leading ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects, the remote ServiceNow Project Manager will manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects, including planning, execution, and deployment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and vendors
- Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring adherence to project governance and quality standards
Required qualifications
- Experience managing ServiceNow projects
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies
