Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, the ServiceNow QA/Test Analyst will validate ServiceNow functionality across ITSM and ITOM capabilities, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute test scripts, scenarios, and cases for ServiceNow ITSM modules and ITOM Discovery across various testing phases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing activities with business requirements and project objectives
- Manage the complete defect lifecycle, including logging, triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, particularly with enterprise ServiceNow implementations
- Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB
- Experience in developing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and traceability matrices
- Strong understanding of various testing methodologies including functional, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) is considered an asset
