ServiceNow QA Analyst
Job Summary
To support application delivery and testing for a Department of Veterans Affairs program, the remote ServiceNow QA Analyst will execute various testing activities, coordinate release readiness, and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for ServiceNow platform enhancements
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to review requirements and ensure quality checkpoints are met
- Coordinate release readiness activities and perform deployment validation while maintaining comprehensive testing documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or release management
- Experience working with ServiceNow and enterprise platform environments
- Strong knowledge of test planning, execution, and defect management within the software development lifecycle
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience within Agile software delivery teams
