ServiceNow QA Analyst
Job Summary
To support ongoing projects, the part-time ServiceNow QA Analyst will build and execute QA test cases, validate story acceptance criteria, and ensure smooth progression from QA to UAT in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and complete QA test cases for user stories
- Execute functional testing to ensure quality standards
- Validate story acceptance criteria prior to UAT phase
Required qualifications
- CSA certification is mandatory
- S2P accreditation is required after the offer is made
- Experience with CAD is a plus
- Hands-on experience in QA processes and methodologies
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
