ServiceNow QA/Test Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, the ServiceNow QA/Test Analyst will validate ServiceNow functionality, develop and execute testing strategies, and ensure solutions meet business requirements for a global life sciences organization's ITSM transformation project.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test scripts, scenarios, and cases for ServiceNow ITSM modules and ITOM Discovery across various testing cycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing aligns with business requirements and project objectives
• Manage the complete defect lifecycle, including logging, triage, and resolution tracking

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, particularly with enterprise ServiceNow implementations
• Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB
• Experience developing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and traceability matrices
• Strong understanding of various testing types, including functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) is considered an asset
