ServiceNow QA Test Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing IT infrastructure, the remote contracted ServiceNow QA Test Analyst will manage sprint planning, test planning, and regression testing while ensuring quality and security documentation for releases.

Key responsibilities

• Support sprint planning, story acceptance criteria, and test planning
• Conduct regression testing and manage release documentation and update-set validation
• Track risks, impediments, and sprint status while providing weekly reporting

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA, release, business analysis, or technical delivery
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow project or application sustainment
• Experience writing acceptance criteria and creating test plans
• Familiarity with update sets and ServiceNow application repository
• Experience with Section 508/accessibility testing documentation
