ServiceNow QA Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow QA Tester to join their IT Service Management Office team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various ServiceNow modules
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing, including configurations and customizations
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure accurate test coverage

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing, focused on ServiceNow applications
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform functionalities and modules
• Experience with ServiceNow testing tools, including Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium or similar
• BA/BS Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline or equivalent experience
