ServiceNow QA Tester
Job Summary
To ensure the quality and performance of the ServiceNow platform, the remote ServiceNow QA Tester will develop and execute test plans, perform various types of testing, and validate integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Validate integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and support ServiceNow upgrades through comprehensive testing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of software QA/testing experience
- 3+ years of ServiceNow testing experience
- Experience testing ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB
- Understanding of ServiceNow workflows and platform capabilities
